The Top Workplaces USA list, unveiled on March 20th, 2024, is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, LLC in 2023. The survey delves into various aspects of workplace culture, including elements that foster a sense of belonging and shared purpose.
