Vice President and Chief Information Officer
As Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Ms. Hogan is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of Noblis’ information technology services. She has also assumed leadership responsibility for facilities, real estate and corporate asset management.
Ms. Hogan has over 35 years of information technology experience in the professional services sector with proven executive leadership and operational experience in the areas of information technology infrastructure, high performance computing, information assurance and enterprise application development. She provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment for Noblis and the company’s subsidiary, Noblis ESI. Ms. Hogan has executive leadership responsibility for Capital Investments, Operations and Management. She provides leadership and strategic direction for overseeing and coordinating architecture, policy and operations for all corporate information resources, telecommunications, wide area networking, local area networking, desktop support, corporate cyber security, disaster recovery planning, corporate applications development and support, and knowledge management. She holds a strong record of success in creating robust IT architectures and infrastructures to meet business needs.
Ms. Hogan also provides executive leadership to the Noblis Facilities and Real Estate division providing strategic capital investment and operations management expertise. This team was recently responsible for the design, development, construction and technology implementation of our new headquarters facility providing a state of the art workplace environment utilizing the latest collaboration technology.
Ms. Hogan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Certified Federal IT Security Professional Manager (FITSP-M). In addition, she provides leadership to the Information Technology Steering Committee, the Corporate Information Security Control Board, the Corporate Compliance and Risk Management Team, and the Corporate Incident Management Team.
