President, Noblis ESI
As president of Noblis ESI, Mr. Harrison is responsible for the general management and strategic direction of Noblis ESI’s overall technical, financial, and administrative activities. He has a proven performance record in challenging industry, operational, program management, and engineering positions.
Mr. Harrison has extensive experience in leading organizations and developing innovative solutions to some of the most complex national security challenges in Command, Control, Communications, and Computers and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance. His present work focuses on delivering National Technical Means to the last tactical mile.
Mr. Harrison is a retired United States Naval Officer with 25 years of service where he worked exclusively within the intelligence community serving at Naval Intelligence Units as well as National Intelligence Agencies. He joined Noblis ESI in 2008 and most recently served as the Company Vice President and Program Manager on their largest contract.
Mr. Harrison has a Master of Science in Space Systems Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Maryland, University College.
