The ISO 9001 is a globally recognized standard for quality management services that provides guidance for companies that want to consistently meet and exceed customer requirements. It is based on several quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, to help ensure that customers receive consistently high-quality products and services.

Noblis’ Quality Management System (QMS), the key process of Project Management and the supporting shared services are certified to the ISO9001:2015 standard under NQA ANAB Certificate 13629.

NOBLIS QUALITY POLICY

Noblis achieves this through the development, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of its ISO9001 compliant QMS, ISO27001 compliant ISMS, ISO20000-1 compliant SMS and AS9100D compliant ASQMS. This Quality Policy sets forth Noblis’ commitment to working toward the achievement of Quality Objectives that are in line with Noblis’ missions, vision and client needs. Noblis Quality Objectives are listed in the QMS web site on the KNOW, our employee intranet. Quality objectives are further described in the Quality Manual.

ISO/IEC 27001

The ISO/IEC 27001 standard provides a framework for businesses seeking to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve an information security management system (ISMS). With an ISMS, businesses can secure their sensitive information through a risk management process that combines people, processes and information technology (IT) systems.

The ISO/IEC 27001 IT Management System of Noblis is certified by BSI under certificate number IS733768.

NOBLIS INFORMATION SECURITY SCOPE STATEMENT

The Information Security Management System (ISMS) governing the management of confidentiality, integrity and availability of the corporate infrastructure, operations and software development is managed at Noblis’ corporate headquarters in Reston, VA, in accordance with the Noblis Statement of Applicability dated October 3, 2020.

ISO/IEC 20000-1

The ISO/IEC 20000-1 is the international standard for Service Management Systems (SMS). In changing service delivery environments, the standard helps businesses respond to increasing service demands and deliver value to customers, users and the organization.

Achieving ISO/IEC 20000-1 certification provides businesses with assurance to stakeholders, showing that service quality is at the heart of our organization and that we are serious about delivering a consistent and reliable service that continues to add value.

The Noblis Solution Delivery Organization (SDO) IT Service Management System is certified by NQA to the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 standard under certificate number 20284, issued April 2022.

NOBLIS IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Noblis SDO SMS encompasses the planning, provisioning and delivery of the internal and external services that support our SDO products, services and solutions delivered to federal government and commercial clients.

AS9100D

AS9100 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems for AeroSpace and Defense organizations. Released by the Society of Automotive Engineers in 1999, AS9100 fully incorporates the entirety of the ISO9001 standards while adding requirements related to quality and safety specific to manufacturing quality and safety.

Noblis’ Largo Manufacturing Facility QMS in Largo, FL is certified by SCB to the AS9100D & ISO9001:2015 standards under certificate number 1119118, issued December 20, 2024.

NOBLIS LARGO MANUFACTURING AEROSPACE QMS

The scope of the AS9100D certificate encompasses the Manufacturing, Distribution and Support of Electronic Systems for Military and Commercial Application and Products at the Noblis Manufacturing and Depot Center in Largo, FL. Noblis headquarters in Reston, VA provides resource management, management review, improvement and performance, order processing and purchasing in support of our Largo manufacturing operations.
