Noblis is excited to announce that Paul Bloomer, director of the Cyber Innovation and Research Center at Noblis, has been appointed as deputy director for education at Cyber Huntsville, a nonprofit organization comprising industry, government and academic institutions dedicated to making Huntsville and the Tennessee Valley region a nationally and internationally recognized cyber leader. Bloomer will play a key role in developing and implementing educational programs that inspire and prepare the next generation of cyber professionals in the Huntsville and Tennessee Valley region.
“Noblis is committed to supporting the growth and development of Huntsville’s overall capabilities to counter cyber-attacks” Bloomer said. “We believe that investing in future cybersecurity leaders is essential for the long-term success of our region and the security of our nation. It takes the whole community to succeed.”
Bloomer brings a wealth of expertise to this position, including a background in cyber threat intelligence, incident response and risk management. Moreover, he has extensive experience building effective cross-functional teams and developing junior cybersecurity professionals to be ready to protect our nation.
