Noblis AI Event: Secure Your Spot to Be a Contributor

Registration to be a contributor at the Noblis AI Event on October 25, 2023 is now closed.

Location: Noblis Woodlawn Office, 2275-J Rolling Run Drive, Baltimore, MD 21244

Contributor Rules and Deadlines:

  • All contributors must complete this registration form by October 15, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. EST to be considered.
  • The Noblis event committee will review all submissions and email confirmation of your participation and further instructions no later than October 12, 2023.
  • Contributor booths and presentations will be limited to Noblis partners, academics, Noblis employees and federal government employees.
  • All topics in booths and presentations should be related to artificial intelligence, AI in healthcare, responsible AI, generative AI, AI/ML operations and relevant technology demos, with the exception of certain engagement opportunities for attendees.
  • The event committee may be able to provide monitors, tables, and wall or floor space on a first-come, first-serve basis (see Booth Setup Requests in the form below).
  • Other equipment or handouts required for demos or exhibits should be brought into the event space by the booth contributors.
  • Please direct questions about what we will permit, committee review and the event to answers@noblis.org with the subject “Noblis AI Event: Contributor Participation.”

What we are seeking for contributor booths/presentations: 

  • Contributions from a diverse range of participants within the following groups: Noblis partners, academics, Noblis employees and federal government employees.
  • Innovative AI projects and research demonstrations.
  • Engaging and interactive demonstrations that can be showcased effectively in our event space.
  • Exhibits with educational value in the AI realm.
  • Non-competitive engagement opportunities open to the diverse audience of invitees.

What we are NOT seeking:

  • Projects unrelated to AI or non-competitive engagement opportunities for our attendees.
  • Unverified claims of AI capabilities without concrete evidence or results to support them.
  • Plagiarized or copyrighted content without proper permissions.
  • Harmful or inappropriate content.
  • Pure marketing attempts to promote a product or service, rather than providing educational or informative content, especially if they are from a Noblis competitor.
