Vice President, Business Administration

Jennifer OliverAs the vice president for Business Administration and a member of Noblis’ Executive Council, Ms. Oliver is responsible for contracts, procurement, pricing and project control for Noblis and its subsidiaries.

Prior to this role, Ms. Oliver served as Noblis’ corporate director for contracts and procurement for two years. During her time with Noblis, she has demonstrated the ability to lead and has significantly contributed to the company’s overall growth. She led critical efforts in the company’s acquisition and integration of Noblis MSD (formerly McKean Defense). Ms. Oliver also has experience across the business administration spectrum, including finance, project control, pricing and acquisitions.

Ms. Oliver has 25 years of experience in federal contracts and procurement management. Prior to joining Noblis, she was director of corporate contracts at Booz Allen Hamilton where she managed the Enterprise & Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts team, Contract and Procurement Systems team and Organizational Conflicts of Interest and Regulatory Change Management team.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Maryland at College Park.
