Our Capabilities and Solutions

OptiSourceTM by Noblis MSDImproving Readiness with Advanced Modeling and Simulation

When the U.S. Navy needed to improve mission readiness for the surface ship fleet, Noblis prototyped and delivered a customized solution called OptiSource that provides strategic schedule modeling of drydocking and other maintenance periods for surface ship fleet—which includes approximately 160-200 ships and 600-800 dockings—looking out over a 30-year period. OptiSource can be customized to meet our customers’ unique needs and mission. With its powerful features and benefits, our solution delivers real-time information, improves efficiencies and forecasting capabilities and integrates into existing infrastructure/platforms. Our goal was to help enable stakeholders to expedite decision making, workload forecasting and optimize maintenance scheduling in a common data operating environment.

Watch the below videos to learn more about how we collaborate with customers and across our own teams to develop new innovative solutions, like OptiSource, and quickly prototype a custom solution that we can apply to your unique mission challenges.

Artificial and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) and Digital Modeling

The Noblis digital modeling and animation team has been providing the Navy with 3D digital content for years. Interactive digital twins enable trainees to see the internal components of complex equipment from viewpoints unattainable in the physical world. Our AR solutions development team matches client needs with proven platforms and enabling technologies while drawing upon our well-established capabilities in digital modeling, software development and artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to create mission-focused, practical solutions.
