Vice President and Chief Growth Officer
Matt Salter is vice president and Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for Noblis, a leading provider of science, technology and strategy services to the federal government. In this role, he leads the company’s corporate growth strategy across the defense, intelligence and civilian markets and drives the enterprise integration and execution of organic and inorganic growth, ventures, marketing and communications, business development operations and business intelligence services to achieve strategic growth goals. With a focus on strengthening and maintaining the corporate growth culture, Salter also ensures that the company has the business development capacity, capabilities and knowledge to compete and win.
In his previous role, Salter served as vice president of Business Development for the company and its Federal Civil sector where he led the development and execution of account-level growth in aerospace, transportation, citizen services and healthcare domains. Across the civilian portfolio, Salter developed and managed a cross functional team of business developers, capture managers, solution architects, proposal content developers and writers to achieve mission area and account pipeline actionability metrics, win rates and revenue targets.
Throughout his tenure at Noblis, Salter has applied discipline and rigor to Noblis’ business development lifecycle while mentoring next-generation account and business development leaders. He brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and 15 years in the GovCon marketplace serving an extensive portfolio and customer missions.
Salter earned a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and serves on the Food for Others Board.
