Glenn Hickok

In his role as Vice President of Noblis’ Defense Mission Area and President of Noblis MSD, Glenn Hickok leads the overall strategy, program execution and growth for the company’s U.S. Department of Defense portfolio which comprises the Navy, Air Force, Army, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Office of the Secretary of Defense and other similar organizations.

A proven executive in national security, Hickok has extensive experience leveraging    technology to improve mission effectiveness across government entities in areas such as counterterrorism, border security, human trafficking and major crime. He has more than 25 years of experience working in or with governments, including ten years of military service as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Navy and on the Chief of Naval Operations staff in the Pentagon.

Before joining Noblis, Hickok served as president North America for MSAB, a publicly held global leader in mobile forensic software.

Hickok earned a master’s degree in International Security from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of San Diego.
