Our employees have spoken—and we’re honored that their feedback landed Noblis a spot on Energage’s 2022 Top Workplaces list in the U.S. This award celebrates nationally recognized companies that make the world a better place to work together by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving employees a voice. The list is based solely on employee feedback which is gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
