Noblis Welcomes Chris McGee to Board of Trustees

Noblis Board gains additional human capital and compensation expertise

RESTON, Va.—February 27, 2017—Noblis, Inc., a leading provider of science, technology, and strategy services, is pleased to announce that Chris McGee, Senior Client Partner at the Korn Ferry Hay Group, has joined our Board of Trustees.

McGee is an expert in human resources and compensation systems, and has over 30 years of experience working with private, nonprofit, and public sector organizations in a broad range of industries to design and implement compensation arrangements.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, McGee served as lead partner of the Washington, D.C.  Compensation Advisory Business at Mercer, Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at Northrop Grumman, Partner in Charge of the Human Capital Practice for the East at Ernst & Young, and Partner in Charge of the Human Capital Practice for Mid Atlantic at Arthur Andersen.

McGee has also served as an expert witness on reasonable compensation matters in Public Utility Rate Commission hearings, US District Court, US Bankruptcy Court, National Labor Relations arbitration, State Insurance Commissioners hearings, IRS Intermediate Sanctions reviews and Defense Contract Audit Administration litigation.
