Noblis is honored to join the VSE Corporation’s team on the Performance Management/Continuous Process Improvement PM/CPI Business Process Agreement BPA. Under this BPA, Noblis and the VSE team provide best value performance management and continuous process improvement services across the government.  Whether striving for compliance with the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Modernization Act or fostering an internal drive toward measurable operational success, Noblis will help you realize your strategic goals.  Noblis’ services focus on providing federal agencies with best practices that will enhance their enterprise performance, increase their institutional adaptation, accelerate business transformation, and increase their organizational effectiveness. This BPA, created under the MOBIS contract, allows federal agencies to leverage Noblis’ expertise in the following five management service areas:

Our Approach

Coordination and communication among GSA, Noblis, its prime and subcontractors will be facilitated through dedicated, secured PM/CPI web portals. This allows for greater collaboration and efficiency, giving agency managers and contract personnel full visibility on the status, costs, and management of task orders to ensure project success is delivered on time and on budget.
