Noblis to Host National Contracts Management Association (NCMA) Basic Contracting Series (BCS)

Courses will support Certified Contract Manager certifications

For more than 30 years, Noblis has provided world-class acquisition support and expert program management to government clients. We are pleased to continue supporting the contracting community by hosting two courses sponsored by the Tysons Corner Chapter of the National Contracts Management Association (NCMA Tysons).

Basic Contracting I and II are two eight-week courses covering a variety of government contracting topics that are directly applicable to careers in government contracting. These NCMA courses, available to members and nonmembers, will be hosted by Noblis in our Falls Church, VA headquarters. The courses launch on October 15, 2013 and run through December 11, 2013.

Each class in the Basic Contracting Series I and II courses will be two hours long and cover Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) topics as well as contract management tools and techniques. Participants can sign up for the entire series or mix and match any of the 16 classes.

Participants have the opportunity to earn Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points towards NCMA Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM), Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) or Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) credentials.
