Transferring the knowledge we’ve gained to public use.

Noblis strongly encourages its employees to conduct research in their areas of expertise. These efforts are vital to fulfill our organization’s unique mission. We are the people who use the best of science, technology and strategy for the best of reasons—to serve the public good in every solution we create for our government, private sector and nonprofit clients.

Since our beginnings as Mitretek Systems in 1996, we have sought not only to transform information into the knowledge required to provide a public benefit, but to transfer the knowledge we have gained to public use.

Within these pages you will find listings of unclassified Noblis-authored books, journal articles, technical periodicals, and professional papers and presentations on a wide range of science, research, engineering and other subjects.

For the rules on how these publications may be distributed, please view our copyright information.
